Pro Shop Customer Service Attendant

Pro Shop Attendant—Full-Time / Part-Time
📍 Barbosa Balm Beach Golf Club, Tiny, Ontario

Barbosa Balm Beach Golf Club is looking for a Pro Shop Attendant to join our team for the 2025 golf season! This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about golf, customer service, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Position Details:
📅 Seasonal: Mid/Late April – End of October
🕒 Shifts: Must be available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
🍹 Requirements: Smart Serve Certification required (must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license)

Responsibilities:
-Process green fees, merchandise sales, and accurately handle daily transactions
-Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
-Maintain a clean and organized Pro Shop, including restocking and merchandising
-Answer phone calls and assist with tee time bookings
-Assist with tournament setups, league preparations, and administrative tasks
-Work closely with the Back Shop team to ensure smooth operations
-Follow opening and closing procedures for the Pro Shop
-Ensure the Pro Shop is secure and never left unattended
-Report any concerns or incidents to the General Manager or Pro shop Manager

Qualifications & Skills:
-A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills
-Golf course or retail experience is an asset
-Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
-Strong verbal communication skills
