Golf Course Outside Services Attendant

Position Overview
As an Outside Services Attendant, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Your role will involve assisting golfers with their equipment, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of golf carts and the staging area, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and guests warmly and assist them with their golf bags and equipment.
• Stage, clean, and maintain golf carts throughout the day.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of carts for players.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bag drop, cart staging area, and practice facilities.
• Provide general information about the course, policies, and amenities.
• Assist with tournament and event setup when required.
• Work closely with the pro shop and other golf operations staff to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to lift golf bags and perform light physical labor.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of golf is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
