Director of Golf

The Director of Golf, reporting to the General Manager, is responsible for all golf related aspects at Northview Golf & Country Club. You will be an experienced Manager looking after the people who report to you. You will provide excellent leadership and training,
ensuring that all members of the team provide excellent customer service experiences. You will be financially accountable for all areas of golf operations working within the approved budget. This includes increasing sales and growing overall revenues. You will
provide input into capital projects that improve our products and experiences. You will have excellent communication skills with the team and customers alike. You will be expected to represent Northview at community and industry events and your professionalism will be on display at all times.

The successful candidate will be a leader in the golf industry with experience in team development, mentoring, creating top-tier customer experiences, managing people, building culture, and leading a dynamic team.
