Assistant Professional

Stone Tree Golf & Fitness Club is seeking the services of an Assistant Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team for the 2025 season.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
• Day to day operations of the pro shop; including booking tee times, checking in golfers, merchandise sales.
• Participate in the execution of successful golf tournaments, leagues, and special events.
• Teach lessons, clinics, and junior camps. Grow the game in our community.
• Monitor all outside golf operations staff to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
• Ensure all pro shop service staff are aware, aligned and practising Stone Tree Golf department sales goals and objectives.
• Responsible for opening/closing shifts in accordance with all operating procedures.
• Assist with merchandising of inventory and the daily upkeep of the pro shop area.
• Overseeing the first tee and pace of play to maintain an efficient flow of the golf course.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including excel and word.
• Tee-On experience is a benefit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• PGA of Canada member preferred.
• Organized, efficient and detail oriented.
• Strong inter-departmental communication and support.

Compensation:
• $800-900 per week. Full-Time Seasonal position.
• An opportunity for the right candidate to work winter hours with our golf simulator.
